This can be done as a table activity during centers time. You can also use these for a gingerbread man color hunt! Omit the lacing thread and simply hide the gingerbread men around the room. As the children find them, ask them what colors they are. Make sure to have enough so each child finds at least one. (You might need to make extra copies.)
