Preschool art with tea bags is the coolest fine motor activity! I mean, really, who would have thought to paint with them? Not me. And I don’t take credit for inventing this. If you google it, you will find many people who have tried it. I wanted to be in on the fun, too! And so, I collected different types of tea bags so we could experiment how rich the color could be. I’m sure you’ve tried this before, right? Well, if not, you must.

Tea bags (I suggest experimenting with a few different types so the children can compare.) Paper

  Putting this activity together: Unwrap the paper from the tea bags. Fill shallow containers with water and set the tea bags in it to absorb the water.   Inviting the children to this activity:
