Inside: These glittery winter discovery bottles are easy to make and fun for toddlers to look at. Every January we add easy winter discovery bottles to our list of activities. If you’ve been reading my blog for awhile, you know how much we love making them. They are perfect any time of the year, such as when we made our patriotic discovery bottles. Little kids love to hold and look at them. There is something very calming as the ingredients gently move around. For this activity, we kept it very simple with just a few ingredients. I wanted them to resemble snow globes, with sparkles and snowflakes. Make sure you are following our winter board on Pinterest!  

 

Easy Winter Discovery Bottles

What you will need:

Your choice of plastic bottle Silver glitter Foam snowflakes Water

  Pour the liquid into the plastic bottle. Younger children might need assistance. A funnel might make things easier, too.
